Dr. Smith was a valued member of our CVM community and the Class of 1984. His contributions to the college and the profession of veterinary medicine have made a lasting impact. He will continue to be remembered fondly and missed dearly.

Obituary

On October 19, 2002, STEPHEN ALAN SMITH of Severna Park, MD., beloved husband of Julie Smith, loving father of Madison Brooke Homer Smith and his step-children Joshua A. Wienecke and Julianna Wienecke, devoted son of David and Betty Smith, dear brother of David S. and Family and friends are invited to BARRANCO & SONS P.A. SEVERNA PARK FUNERAL HOME, Ritchie Highway at Robinson Rd. on Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. A Service will be held Thursday at 11 A.M. at the funeral home. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Julie D. Smith c/o The Animal Hospital of Lakeshore, as a living memorial to help continue Dr. Smiths lifelong commitment to veterinary medicine.
